FocusFlow Planners ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up for the free 3-Task Day template.
Purchase details, when you buy the planner. Payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details.
Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) that our hosting provider may log automatically.

How we use it

To send you the free template you asked for.
To send occasional emails about planning tips and FocusFlow products.
To deliver your purchase and answer your questions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Services we use

Kit (ConvertKit) to store email subscribers and send emails.
Gumroad to process payments and deliver files.
Hostinger to host this website.

Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Children

This site is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
